COVID-19 Update

Maleki Barristers continues to be available to offer legal services in these difficult times while taking measures to protect the health and safety of our clients, potential clients, as well as our staff. Our reception is now open. Lawyers and clerks remain available.

However, we ask that you not attend our office if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath, if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or you know or suspect that you have been in close contact with someone who has recently travelled outside of Canada or has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

While we are not scheduling in person meetings presently, in the event that an in-person meeting must be conducted, a prior appointment must be made. Please ensure you bring a mask with you and sanitize your hands upon arrival. Please respect social distancing protocols.

While court operations remain limited, intake meetings, settlement meetings, mediations and even urgent motions and conferences before a judge are being conducted by telephone, zoom, or other electronic means.

A separation is difficult and even more difficult during COVID-19. We are here to guide and assist you during these unprecedented times. If you have questions or are contemplating retaining us, please contact Suzanne Curran.

We wish you much wellness during these difficult times.
